Respect and Inclusivity:
We expect all guests to demonstrate respect and refrain from behavior that discriminates based on origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race, age, disabilities, ethnicity, religion, or any other characteristic. We view our events as a community where diversity is celebrated, and we encourage embracing the differences that make each individual unique.
Consent and Boundaries:
Central to our policy is the importance of consent and respecting personal boundaries. Attendees must obtain explicit consent before initiating any physical or verbal interactions. Everyone has the right to autonomy over their body and personal space, and we are committed to an environment where all boundaries are respected.
Reporting Incidents:
If a guest witnesses or experiences harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior, we strongly encourage them to report it immediately to a member of the staff or anyone wearing a Final Descent shirt. We will respond promptly and with sensitivity.
Action Protocol
Final Descent has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, or any behavior compromising attendee safety or comfort. Anyone engaging in such conduct will be expelled immediately, and further actions, including legal recourse, may be taken as necessary. We are committed to an environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and respected.
Safer Space Resources:
We provide resources for mental and physical health support to anyone who may need assistance, whether or not they choose to report an incident. Our priority is to ensure that all guests feel supported and empowered to seek help if needed.
