Booking inquiries
Please be aware that we are a volunteer-run non-profit initiative, with no full-time employees. It might take some time to respond to your booking request.
We generally book our program 4–6 months in advance. If you do not hear back from us, it is most likely because we are not interested. Responding to each inquiry we receive would be impossible.
We generally do not book sound baths/-healings, tribute and cover bands, and most heavier genres like rock, punk and metal.

Volunteering
Final Descent is entirely volunteer-run at all levels of the organization, from the board to administration, booking, production, and concert management.
We are always looking for more volunteers who are eager to help create exciting concerts in Copenhagen. This could be in an administrative role, such as communication, fundraising, production, or similar tasks, or on the floor as a stagehand, bartender, or door staff at the concerts.
In our volunteer group, we place great value on maintaining an inclusive and open-minded environment. This means you don’t need prior experience in concert operations to join – we’ll provide training to the best of our ability. For the same reason, we encourage everyone to apply, regardless of your gender identity, age, sexuality, ethnicity, or whether you have visible or invisible disabilities.
If you’d like to learn more about volunteering with Final Descent, you can contact our volunteer coordinator, Emilia Jasmin, with a brief introduction about yourself and why you’d like to join.
